KOTEI's "One Map" Data Center of Land Resources, constructs a land-oriented industrial model library incorporating land administration, mining administration and geological environment, based on the core databases for the basic data on land resources and the data on business approval. It can create a general but specialized land resources data service system and toolkits, provide data management and service for various business applications concerning land resources, realize unified management of multi-source and heterogeneous data resources, real-time sharing, multilevel application interconnection, and provide assistant decision support and data support for large-scale land resources applications.
?B/S+C/S mixed management, C/S is mainly responsible for data update and maintenance and B/S is mainly responsible for data inquiry, demonstration and generalized analysis.
Based on the mainstream SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture), it adopts a service-oriented development model, decouple each system module, reduce module interdependence, thus making the whole system easy to expand and convenient for maintenance. The existence of ESB aims to integrate the internal applications of each system, merge all the application systems relating to land resources into one organic whole, thus sharing information resources instead of separate information islands.
Plug-in call: to provide a general plug-in (JS version) for One Map. The business system can directly call in the plug-in and it can call the data on One Map and data loading immediately via fixed access.
One Map data management subsystem: to realize orderly storage of multi-source, multi-scale & multi-type data. It can manage the "One Map" mass data on land resources in a centralized, efficient and standardized manner by means of metadata management and inventory service. Via land resources investigation and application systems for "acquisition, supply, utilization, supplementation & inspection", it can timely update the "One Map" data on land resources, manage historical data and ensure the up to date state, completeness & accuracy of the "One Map" database.
One Map data service: to develop and construct the "One Map" data application service system by combining the data application demands, realize "One Map" data browsing, inquiry and analysis. By utilizing 3S, 3D GIS, Web Service and other technologies, it can embed various data service into each application system, thus providing full and accurate data support for management systems relating to urban cadastre, construction land use pre-approval, construction land use approval & post-approval implementation, land supply, land consolidation & rehabilitation, prime farmland protection, land banking, land-related law enforcement and so forth.
One Map data demonstration: to establish a One Map demonstration system, with a main task to demonstrate various data from the One Map Data Center in a full and unified manner, thus providing a unified output for data demonstration. It can facilitate the leaders in terms of data browsing and assistant decision-making.
